Re: [spoilers] [curse words] [spiders] HATE
If anything, poison is too weak. You don't even need to use Antidote most of the time.

Question that has been bothering me. (Experience Points)
Since it seemed kinda different than what would normally go into an FAQ, I'm opening a separate thread for this. Has anyone tried out or can a dev maybe answer how XP gets distributed between your group members? I know members only get XP if they participate in combat in some way, but is the overall...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
I have been there too, but when I was in that chapter of my life playing a computer game was not on my list of priorities. I am by no means trying to insult you, I am just saying that when people are struggling to pay the bills, getting their hands on a game should be the least of their worries. I ...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
I could see the justification in someone getting a 50-60+ dollar game through other means in order to see if its worth it, provided they actually buy it and not continue their "Demo", but how many people really do that? Have I done this in the past? Yes, I am not holier than thou. In rega...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
That is any artist's right ~provided it's their work. There have been instances where a designer really wanted to release their game for free, but could not, because they didn't technically own all of it. If your husband was paid a commission for exclusivity ~would he still put the text up for free...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
My husband writes erotica professionally. (I know, don't ask) People pirate his work CONSTANTLY. He has had numerous previous pirates tell him how much they loved his work and that they never would have found it without piracy. He has experimented with putting stories up for free and the more it sp...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
Absurd semantics. Theft is theft ~it's sufficient to simply be taking it. That rational doesn't work if you are in their warehouse leaving with a box, even if you plan to drop the money for it in the mail later. But you are not leaving their warehouse with a box! You got your thing from the friend ...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
If someone buys the game and then copies it (This is how piracy works.), then gives it to other people and they give it around some more. THAT IS NOT THEFT. Yes it is. If someone buys the game then gives it around, they have stolen it by replication. The others that accept it have stolen it by not ...

Re: Please provide a demo in the future.
He pirated an indie game, potentially nullifying profits to the developers simply because he couldn't demo the game. It's just as valid (and in this case true) to say he pirated an indie game, increasing the profits to the developers, despite them not bothering with a demo. No it is not. Trying to ...
