lewer down when up - go push few times buttons on the wall, both of them, then go bach to the lever, down and up, push few times a buttons, on a 2 or 3 try door will open. Work for me for 2 times.

Found it on level 3, call shock, and u can find in a pit on lvl 3(lvl 4 in a map) 19 lvl air spell "invisibility"
