Re: Mac Public Beta in Steam
Just used the second to the last key. No problem downloading and installing. Launched the game and moved about a bit; tried some different graphics settings. Running it on a 2008 MBP; runs about as well as I expected with all settings maxed. I was also pleased to find that the game can be launched o...

Re: A question to Devs regarding consumers' behaviour and DR
Has anyone even checked to see if the Steam version even requires Steam to be running? A surprising number of games I've purchased on Steam will run just fine if you launch their executables directly from the steamapps folder. This tends to be more often the case with indie and older titles. For exa...

Re: Oh-oh, How hosed am I?
Wow. I finished the game with so much food I was throwing it away on every level. I never even came close to running out. How are people having trouble with this?

Re: Level 9 Pit puzzle and locked door
I just followed the instructions here to the letter, standing in exactly the spots shown in the picture, and threw the rocks in the directions indicated. I tried it East then North, and the other way around. The gate still is not open. What's the deal?

Re: Toorum's Notes - help needed - level 6
Good lord, I wasn't supposed to save all of them, was I? I know there's a secret involving Toorum later in the game, but hopefully I don't have to have all of the notes on me to get it.

Re: Run using WINE?
I got it running just fine without any extra configuration. Just check the box to install DirectX when you install the game, and then install the VCRedist.exe that comes with the game. I've got it running with max settings on my 2008 Macbook Pro.

Re: Want to pre-order, Mac user
Having some trouble getting it running in Wineskin at the moment. Seem to be DirectX related.
EDIT:
Forgot to install VCRedist. Running quite well in Wineskin on my 2008 Macbook Pro with all settings maxed.
