I just finished level 6 of my second playthrough and statistics says 44 secrets. That would mean one more secret than you had counted up to that point.

I believe they're dropped by some of the normal enemies in the battle.

During the cube fight, I was running around the room and saw them on the ground. I think they were dropped by some of the enemies.

Lightning Rod, Lightning Bombs behind the doors that require the keys. I found 2 keys laying around the floor. No idea what's in the sack that's behind the last door.

Another Feature Request
Decided not to make a new topic for it, but being able to bind additional mouse buttons would be great. Also the quicksave/quickload that OP requested would be nice.
