Yeah, the options would have been to give him either plate/ringmail and have every hit from behind kill him for lack of evasion, or waste skillpoints into staff def which the game design really didn't allow either (way too few levels/skillpoints) and gain protection from bugman stuff, which again no...

If the battle ends with the Dismantler kaboom lightning special attack then the mobs don't seem to reward any exp, I haven't used other weapons with specials yet so no idea if it is just this one. Edit: tested it to mobs further down, and got exp as expected, but was able to reproduce the no-exp sit...

Oh well :) For me personally this is quite a big inconvenience, having to adjust volume each time for just one game, and, as a result not hearing teamspeak or something else anymore that i have running on the background and so on... Holy cow, I pretty much blew off my apartment windows and woke all my neighbours starting this game, the volume seems to be massively high and there is no way to lower it ingame, except to turn off completely. My first instinct was to use esc too, I'd really like to see support for that implemented . Also why not have 'x'' do the same, youknow, like the X icon where you'd close it with the mouse.
