There is thread already about similar issue. Check especially the "Mipmap Detail Level" setting = application default in your graphics driver settings.

Illegible UI elements
I installed the rc6 1.1.3 version that I got direct from this site and I'm getting a weird bug where some of the UI elements are completely illegible.
